1 Year Warranty only applies to purchases from our web site. Replacements will only be sent to your mailing addresses. You must provide proof of purchase such as order confirmation or an invoice.

Purchases from unauthorized sellers will not qualify. 

The Aspiro Warranty covers all factory defects and unreasonable breakage or ripping of leather and other components. A factory defect occurs during manufacturing and will be present when you receive your wallet. 

Our Warranty does not cover products that have been damaged due to loss, misuse, abuse, or accident. It also does not cover normal wear and tear. 

1 year is defined as the day you receive your wallet to 1 year later in calendar days. During this period, we will replace it at our discretion.
