Shipping & Returns

Aspiro Wallet offers free and fast shipping for all orders in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, certain Euro countries, and other countries.

All orders will ship either the same day or the following business day. When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will come with a tracking number so that you can track your order. 

We do not ship on national holidays, or weekends, if you place an order on a holiday or on a weekend it will be shipped the following business day.

Domestic (United States): 2-5 days
Canada: 7-14 business days
United Kingdom: 9-21 business days
Australia: 9-21 business days
Euro Countries:14-25 business days
Other Countries: 14-25 business days

 

Customs & Duties 

For orders outside the United States, it may be subjected to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.

We do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. We recommend that you check with your local customs or tax authority if you have a question about whether a duty or tax will be levied before purchase.

Aspiro Wallet is not responsible for any customs or duties that are levied by your local customs or tax authority. 

Returns

If you would like to return the item you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase to let us know and we can help you with your return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We also would need a proof of purchase, which can be either the invoice that was sent with your order or even a printed copy of your order confirmation. 

We do not accept returns for the following:

  1. Any item not in its original condition or is damaged not due to our error.
  2. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation and issue your refund. Your refund can take anywhere from 2-10 business days depending on the bank or credit card company. Please contact us if you are having issues seeing your refund returned to your account. 

Damaged Products

If your order was sent to you with any issues, we want to take care of this for you and make it right. Please contact us and let us know.

Important

Leather is a natural material; you can expect some natural and unique characteristics such as creases, variation in color, and small scars. These are characteristic of “real leather" and are not considered manufacturing defects. If you decide that you do not like this you may return your unused product within 14 days, but please consider that our natural finishes feature these natural characteristics by design.
